The Truth About Biotin for Natural Hair Growth 2022!

Now, in today’s video, what we gonna be talking about is the truth about biotin. When it comes to the truth about biotin, what you guys need to understand is when it comes to the human body, there are so many different vitamins and minerals that your body needs every single day to be able to function properly.

Now, I’ve seen so many different videos on YouTube and I figured I would be able to put my insight into it because at one point in time in my life, I was studying to become a personal trainer, but I ended up getting injured and I gave that up, right? But when it comes to biotin for hair, a lot of people will typically tell you, “if you wanna grow longer hair, take biotin.”

And when you go to the store, one of the things that you’ll notice is there are so many different options for biotin. There are so many different brands for biotin, and you probably be like, “Okay, where do I start when it comes to biotin?”

Do You Need To Take Biotin as a Supplement?

But what I wanna do is take it back a little bit and go to the question, do you even need to take a biotin supplement when it comes to your diet? So if you don’t know what biotin is, biotin is basically vitamin B seven. Now, one thing that you guys need to understand, I want you guys to take note of. There are water-soluble vitamins, and then there are fat-soluble vitamins. And they, they really do matter because, at the end of the day, I don’t wanna get into the details in regards to all of the vitamins that are water-soluble because there’s a lot of different vitamins and things of that nature.

But to keep in mind, the only vitamins that are fat soluble are vitamins A, D, E, and k, I believe you know what I’m saying? Those are the only four that are fat-soluble. What that simply means is if you take vitamins A, D, E, and K, then they will absorb into your body and your body will be able to run off of it. But if you think of all the other vitamins in the world, they’re all water-soluble vitamins. We simply boil down to the fact that that’s one reason why a lot of people will say,

“Bro, you don’t need to be spending all this money on vitamins, especially because all you gonna do is basically peel down the drain anyway!”

And with that being said, that should let you guys know vitamin B7 biotin is water soluble. So let’s get into a little bit more of the details in regards to, uh, to biotin. Now, the reason why a lot of people typically buy into the hype of buying biotin for hair and all that stuff is that that’s the marketing point and the selling point when it comes to, uh, stores and stuff like that, whenever you go into Walgreens or Walmart or whatever case is, and you see biotin, what it will say is it is great for your skin, it is great for your nails, and it is also great for your hair.

Now, I don’t know why people think that if they take biotin, it will make only the hair and their hair grow. But one thing that you guys need to understand is whenever your body has enough bio in its system, it’s gonna make your hair grow all over the place. You know what I’m saying? I’m not gonna get into the details of all of that, but <laugh>, that’s one reason why I would not take it on top of the fact that it is water soluble, which simply means that if you drink the amount of water that you need every single day, whatever your body doesn’t need is gonna flush out your system.

You Don't Need All This Biotin in you Diet

Now, another benefit of biotin is the simple fact that it is, is good for your liver as well as when it comes to women that are pregnant, it helps the baby develop and it, it basically helps the feed is develop in the womb of, of a pregnant woman. You know what I’m saying? But just because I say that, I don’t want you guys to think that, Oh, well, I, I should take biotin because at the end of the day, when it comes to your daily recommended dosage, you only need 30 micrograms of biotin every single day.

Now, when you go into the stores, one thing that you will notice is when you look at biotin to buy it, what does this say? They typically start off at 5,000 micrograms per bottle. Some may have a thousand and they can go up to 10,000 micrograms in regards to the servants. If your body only needs 30 micrograms, but these tablets say that they have so many like way above the amount that your body needs, why in the heck do people sell these things?

The main reason why is that biotin as a supplement is something that is made for people that are buying deficient within their system. Now, if you live in America, most likely you are not biotin-deficient. You know what I’m saying? The American diet, the way that it’s set up, even if you not eating clean and healthy and you not a vegan or all that extra stuff, no matter what your diet is in America, most likely you are not gonna be bio deficient.

Therefore you do not need to take a bio supplement. The reason why people think that they need to is that people are not educated in America when it comes to health as well as finances. You know what I’m saying? But when you look at the prices of bio in stores, to me it’s one of the biggest scams because at the end of the day, their bio is found in so many different foods. Now, some of the things that you guys probably wanna know is in regards to biotin, if it’s found in the diet, what are some of the foods that I need to be looking out for?

Now, one disclaimer I wanna say is when it comes to certain foods, just keep in mind that if any food that’s that’s put into a can, if you find if any of these products that I’m saying you eat this out of a can is gonna have less than the stated amount of biotin, because at the end of the day, uh, caned food is processed food and it takes away from the nutrients from the food. You know what I’m saying?

So when it comes to these sources, keep in mind you want to, you want to be able to look for basically raw, uh, organic, all of that kind of stuff when it comes to the sources of your food to get the most buying from it. But with that being said, the first food that you want to consider is liver itself.

Now, me personally, I can’t stand the way liver tastes. I can’t stand the way it smell. There’s other meats, there’s other, uh, organs, uh, basically like kidneys. If you eat the, the meat of kidneys from different animals and things like that, you can get a ton of biotin from those animal sources. From three ounces of cook liver, you can get your daily recommended source of 30 micrograms of biotin only from eating three, three ounces of liver, right?

One thing I also forgot to say is typically when it comes to women that are pregnant, they need to have at least 35 micrograms of viant every single day. You know what I’m saying? To just produce all the natural body functions. Now, the next food you probably, you guys will probably enjoy, and that is salmon itself. Salmon is one of my favorite foot, uh, fishes because it has so many benefits of it when it comes to the amount of vi that it has.

I believe it has micrograms of biotin and a three ounce serving of salmon. So with that being said, when it comes to looking at the, the serving sizes and portions on the back of different foods, they should tell you what the serving size is. Even if you go to restaurants, they should be able to give you, uh, a new, uh, basically a nutrition label of every single option that they have.

So if you guys are really trying to plan your diets out, there’s something you can do ahead of time to be able to make sure that everything that you have in your diet, you’re getting everything that you’re looking for. Now, another food that contains a high source of biotin is simply egg yolks. Now, when it comes to egg yolks, the best way to be able to, uh, receive this new nutrient is from cooking the eggs.

You do not have to be on your rocky and just trying to chug down eggs and stuff like that. One whole, uh, egg yolk that’s cooked will be able to give you 10 micrograms of bio 10 for your daily uses. You know what I’m saying? So now there are other foods like yeast, that’s basically the stuff that they use and, and breads and things, things of that nature. Uh, there’s different dairy products, I believe. Yogurt, cheese, uh, milk. I don’t like drinking milk. I drink, uh, almond milk and stuff like that just because naturally I’m lactose intolerant. So I try to avoid drinking anything that has lactose in it.

Then at the same time, there are foods like avocados as well as sweet potatoes that have a good amount of bio in it to be able to help you achieve the daily amount that you need every single day. But then the last vegetable would be cauliflower. Now, when it comes to foods, y’all already know, and when it comes to America, our food is not nutrient dense. You know what I’m saying?

So if you are still a person that’s like, You know what, uh, I don’t wanna risk it and, and, and not get enough bio in my diet, and I still wanna take the supplements, you can go out there and take the supplements. But before you do that, what you need to do is make sure you check with your doctor, especially if you are pregnant or if you are on medication. Now, bio can affect some medications. That’s one reason why you gotta check with your doctor, be before you take any kind of vitamin, uh, or supplement or whatever the case is.

But there’s some things to keep in mind. Also, you do not need the high dosage of vi because like I said, anything that your body doesn’t need, you’re gonna just pee it out anyway. So what’s the point of spending all this money on the 10,000 mil, uh, micrograms of biotin and your body is basically, it’ll get to a point to where it’s like, All right, I had enough. We don’t need this. The, the one thing to keep in mind is when you are taking supplements, you have to make sure that you drink plenty of water.

Now, I made a video in the past, so basically the truth about moisture, where I go into some of the details in regards to the amount of water you need to drink, people tend to think that when it comes to had growth, that they just simply take a supplement. That’ll be the only thing that will help them get the results that they’re looking for.

But what you guys gotta understand is you’re, if you’re taking the supplements and getting the nutrients into your body, but you’re not drinking enough water, that water is what serves your cells to help them deliver all the nutrients all over your body. So if you’re not drinking enough water, your body’s not gonna be able to process those nutrients and everything like this. So you definitely wanna be able to check that video out. Long story short, when it comes to Bio 10, I don’t believe it.

I don’t think it’s necessary because within our diet alone here in America, we get way more than we need. And if you’re taking a supplement, that’s one reason why some people will start developing acne all over the place because if they’re not drinking enough water, it will, it will produce acne, whether on your face, whether on your back. I know I get a lot of back acne and stuff like that from certain foods, especially if I’m not drinking enough water.

But with that being said, because you get enough in your diet by will definitely help your hair grow. That’s one reason why for me, when I start focusing on my diet, I start sliming down. You don’t have to focus too much on the gym, but one of the, one of the real benefits when it comes to working out is the simple fact that it will help your body produce those vitamins and minerals that it needs.

And the main reason why is because it will help your body not only get rid of toxins, but get rid of all the stress hormones that typically try to inhibit the nutrients and the vitamins from being able to travel all throughout different parts of your body. You know what I’m saying?

So with that being said, if you have a clean diet and you start working out, you would definitely start seeing that your hair will start growing out more, whether it piss on your face. Uh, as you guys can see my mustaches growing, it’s finally starting to connect, I believe on this side it’s almost there and on this side it’s trying to.
